We are an Award winning family run business nestled in the heart of the Mendips, Somerset.
In 2014 whilst on duty as a police officer I was involved in a minor traffic accident in the centre of Bristol, resulting in hospital admission undergoing various tests where I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I was prescribed calcium tablets to strengthen my bones, a hospital consultant also advised me to start drinking Goats milk as it contains high levels of calcium.
Intrigued, I soon then discovered the many other benefits goats milk offers, especially when applied in skincare products.
Interested in a hobby, I attended a soap school in the Cotswolds and learned the basics of cold process soap making then started developing my own recipes by substituting water for goats milk and soon the feedback from my soaps were so encouraging as it was helping a wide range of skin conditions. Taking early retirement from the police I began manufacturing a range of goats milk skincare products, selling at markets and then into retail outlets today as a result of many customer reviews.

Research shows that goat’s milk is beneficial when used in skincare products. Sometimes it is the key ingredient that helps manage and improves severe and long-term skin conditions.
Among other elements such as essential fatty acids and triglycerides, goat’s milk is particularly high in vitamin A, which is very important for healthy skin. It helps to break down dead skin cells and stimulates healthy cell production, helping those with Eczema, Psoriasis and unexplained skin complaints, particularly very dry and sensitive skin. It has also been found beneficial for children with chickenpox as it helps to alleviate and prevent scratching.
VITAMINS
Goat milk contains many vitamins but is particularly high in vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue and maintain healthy skin.
ALPHA HYDROXY ACIDS
Goat milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead skin cells from your skin’s surface
CREAM
Fat molecules are an important part of making good soap. The cream that is present in goat milk helps boost the moisturizing quality of goat milk soap.
MINERALS
Goat milk contains important minerals for the skin such as selenium. Selenium can also help prevent damage to the skin from excessive time in the sun.
